Dough Nation is Westchester County’s first caterer of mobile wood-fired pizza and was voted ‘Best Food Truck by Westchester Magazine. Dough Nation was created in 2012 by Chef David Dibari, owner of The Cookery and The Parlor, to bring his love for Neapolitan pizza “Anywhere You Want It”!

This lovable little pizza truck spins perfectly blistered Neapolitan pizza topped with carefully sourced local ingredients from a 900-degree wood-burning oven. You can find the Dough Nation pizza truck catering to private parties, corporate events and special occasions throughout Westchester County and the Hudson Valley.

Dough Nation also regularly appears at farmer's markets throughout the area.
