DoughNation is Westchester County’s first caterer of mobile wood fired pizza and was voted ‘Best Food Truck by Westchester Magazine. DoughNation was created in 2012 by Chef David Dibari, owner of The Cookery and The Parlor, to bring his love for Neapolitan pizza “Anywhere You Want It”!

This lovable little pizza truck spins perfectly blistered Neapolitan pizza topped with carefully sourced local ingredients from a 900 degree wood-burning oven. You can find the DoughNation pizza truck catering private parties, corporate events and special occasions throughout Westchester County and the Hudson Valley.

DoughNation also regularly appears at farmer’s markets throughout the area.
